Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Memphis, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
