Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms.
