Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate North Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
