Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms.
