Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Quill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Little Rock, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
