Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
