Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
