Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
