Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Manufacturing is a Jackson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
