Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
