Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Lakeside Inspection Services is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
