Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
