Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
