Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Wren Foods is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
