Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Construction and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
