Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
