Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Linden Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
