Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Markets Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
