Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Technologies makes precision components in Detroit, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
