Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Foods and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 426 people based in Denver. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
