Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ember Construction and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
