Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Pine Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Cleveland plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
