Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bright Markets is a Cleveland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
