Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
