Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group is a Cleveland company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
