Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Telecom and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 294 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
