Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Harbor Freight Group is a Cleveland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
