Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
