Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
