Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
