Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Boston, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
