Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Cedar Foods is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms.
