Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
