Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Boise with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
