Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Sable Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
