Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Rowan Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes.
