Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Austin, TX)

Redstone Quarry Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Austin, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
