Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Austin, TX)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with tooling.
