Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Vista Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
