Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
