Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
