Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Union Foods Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
