Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
