Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood West Farms is an agricultural business based around Tucson, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
