Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Beacon Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with print quotes.
