Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Seattle area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
