Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing is a Salt Lake City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
