Foxglove Forge Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
