Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Silverline Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
