Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Summit Meadow Markets is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 434 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
